THE SOCIETY

The Emérite bijoux brand develops and markets handmade jewelry (with the exception of Camille and Celya models as well as rings). The purpose of the following provisions is to define the general conditions of sale on the site www.emeritebijoux.com. The site is edited by the seller, Emérite bijoux.
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter GTC) define the contractual rights and obligations of the seller and his client in the context of a distance and electronic sale of goods and products, according to the conditions in force on the day of the validation of the order. The GTC express all the obligations of the parties. The customer is deemed to accept them without reserving, failing which his order will not be validated.

THE CATALOG

Through the site, the seller provides the customer with a catalog or an online store accurately presenting the products sold, without the photographs having a contractual value. The products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, in the event of errors or omissions in the presentation, Emérite Bijoux cannot be held liable for this fact. The products are offered within the limits of available stocks.

In the event of an allergic reaction, Emérite Bijoux cannot be held responsible.
The prices and taxes relating to the sale of the products are specified in the online store.

THE PRICE

Only the prices in force indicated at the time of the order will apply, subject to availability of the products on that date. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time by publishing them online, without notice, and in particular in the event of a change in fiscal or economic data. The prices are indicated in euros (incl. VAT) and do not take into account the delivery costs, which are invoiced in addition. The delivery costs are indicated before the validation of the order by the customer. The prices take into account the taxes applicable on the day of the order, and any change in the rate of these taxes will be automatically reflected in the price of the products in the catalog or in the online store. If one or more taxes or contributions, in particular environmental, were to be created or modified, up or down, this change could be reflected in the selling price of the products. The total amount of the order (including all taxes) and delivery costs included, is indicated before final validation of the order form. Payment of the full price must be made when ordering, paid in euros and online.

ONLINE ORDERS

The customer has the possibility to complete an order form online, by means of an electronic form. By completing the electronic form, the customer accepts the price and description of the products. The customer accepts these general conditions of sale when ordering. The customer must give an e-mail address and a valid delivery address, and recognizes by these general conditions of sale that any exchange with the seller may take place using this address. The seller reserves the right to block the customer's order in the event of non-payment, incorrect address or any other problem on the customer account until the problem is resolved.

PAYMENT

The customer makes the payment at the time of the final validation of the order by specifying his credit card number. The customer guarantees the seller that he has the necessary authorizations to use this method of payment, and acknowledges that the information given for this purpose constitutes proof of his consent to the sale as well as to the exigibility of the sums due under the order. The platform offered by the online store is secure and complies with bank card regulations concerning distance selling and electronic payment.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

It is an order with obligation of payment, which means that the placing of the order implies a payment of the customer. The products remain the property of Emérite Bijoux until full payment of the order. The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale by the customer by means of a "double click", which constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can only be called into question within the limits provided for in the GTC, the recognition of to have full knowledge of it and to waive other conditions. THE DELIVERY

Packages are generally shipped the next morning after payment is received. They are shipped by post with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. In mainland France, the shipping time is 3 to 5 working days. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are free, shipping costs are therefore exclusively made up of transport costs. Shipping costs are free for all orders over € 80 including VAT (shipping costs not included). We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. The dimensions of the envelopes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

 
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Code, the user can exercise his right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
All return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order by email at emeritebijoux.paris@gmail.com.
The return must be made to the address indicated on the return email.

If the warranty period is exceeded, we do not take back or exchange any item, whatever the reason.
​ When the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

The jewelry must be in new condition, they must not bear any traces of use. They must be returned in their complete packaging.

It is only after having verified that these conditions are satisfied that we will proceed to an exchange or a refund of the sums collected for the returned items, with the exception of the initial shipping costs. Otherwise, no refund can be due, the customer will remain the owner of the product, which he may be returned at his own expense.
You will receive a refund upon receipt of the item, if it is correct (product purchased directly on the website www.emeritebijoux.com, product with its gift bag, unworn product).

We will refund you on the payment method used when ordering.

THE STEPS TO FOLLOW
1. Wrap your jewelry in bubble wrap.
2. Include the item in its gift bag (you can use the original packaging or something similar).
3. Go to a post office to frank and return your package to the address indicated.
